Once you receive your package, you have 15 days to ship your items unworn, in original condition with tags to Kelsey Ann Boutique. Email info@kelseyannboutique.com to start a return.

Please have the order # and the name of the person who ordered on the package so we are able to issue the refund. If you would rather store credit, please write a note in the return package and I will send you a code. Store credit is preferred!

Each item is inspected for damages before being sent out. Kelsey Ann Boutique is not responsible for any damages made to items once they are shipped and to any items worn/washed no matter the circumstance. Kelsey Ann Boutique is also not responsible for any shipping fees for returns and does not offer free exchanges. Kelsey Ann Boutique is not responsible for any lost or un-traceable shipments that are being returned. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
